Giancarlo was born in Gibraltar and has lived here all his life. He is really passionate about his country. His mother's surname, Grima, can be traced back to the original Maltese families which immigrated to Gibraltar and some Italian influence on the dad side of the family Milanta. Giancarlo is fluent in English and Spanish. He is President and Founder of the Gibraltar Kickboxing Association.

Rocky Monkey Gibraltar was born from a simple belief: that the best way to experience Gibraltar is through the eyes of locals who have called the Rock home their entire lives.
Our company started with a single mission – to share the authentic Gibraltar that guidebooks simply can't capture. From viewing spots known only to locals, to the fascinating stories passed down through generations, we offer visitors a genuine connection to this remarkable place.
What began as small walking tours for cruise passengers has grown into Gibraltar's premier tour experience. We've welcomed over 10,000 visitors from around the world, each leaving with not just memories, but a true understanding of what makes Gibraltar special.
